A quick update.
We've been sick with the stomach flu all weekend and today. Hubby called in sick today as he was running a fever. It looked like we were on the upswing today but everyone is going to bed not feeling well tonight. I guess we'll have to skip AWANA tomorrow night. Me and Hubby feel bad since they are so understaffed and the kids are bummed as they look forward to it every week. Oh well, hopefully we're better soon:)
Mom went to her first day of work today. I can tell already that it's not what she was "expecting" and she's probably going to be looking for reasons to find a new one. Oh the drama...at least she's working for now and I guess her first paycheck will be on Friday so that's GREAT news. She'll be getting paid right away and they won't be "holding" a pay period's paycheck or anything.
I'm off to catch up a bit on everyone's blogs.
